Published prices are flat and final when the items and scope on site match your selection. If they differ (more items, different items, access issues not disclosed), we'll tell you the adjusted price before starting work — you can accept or cancel at no charge. Items marked "Quote" are priced individually before the job. Posted booking minimums apply per visit.
Bookings are requests until we confirm your day and window by text. Cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice by text or call. Same-day cancellations after a crew is dispatched may incur the booking minimum.
Payment is due on completion by card, Zelle, or cash. For jobs where you won't be present, payment arrangements are confirmed by text before the visit.
Work is performed by independent crews carrying $1,000,000 general liability insurance. Property damage claims are handled through the crew's policy with our direct involvement. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the job giving rise to it.
Removed items become our responsibility on pickup and are donated, recycled, or lawfully disposed of. We cannot accept hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos, oils) — ask us and we'll point you to the county's disposal program.
